How much does it cost to hire you to shoot my event?

Do we get our files?
Yes every coverage option with Hill City Photo includes your printable resolution files and a license to reprint them.

How soon will they be ready?
Typically 3 weeks from your event date.

How many pictures do we get?
Approximately 79 per hour of coverage. Sometimes more, rarely less!

Can you set up a gallery online?
Yes, there is an additional fee for this of $50.

Can we get an album?
Yes, it’s included with the deluxe coverage and available a la carte for $1500.

Do you retouch the images?
All images are color corrected with overall exposure adjustments as needed. Individual image retouching is available at $25 per image.

Who is going to shoot my wedding?
One of our highly talented team members will be photographing your event. We’ll let you know who about a month from your event date and you’ll have the opportunity to chat with them via email, phone or SKYPE.

Can’t I meet them in person?
By eliminating meetings, we reduce our overhead which means that YOU pay less! In person meetings are available one month before the event for a $75 consultation fee.

Do you offer bridal portraits and engagement sessions?
Sure. Both are offered on location within Lynchburg for $150 and one file. The complete CD from your session is available for $350.

Will you photograph same sex or alternative lifestyle events?
As long as it doesn’t involve children or animals, we’re happy to celebrate any type of commitment ceremony. Family reunions and other events may of course include children and animals!

Great – I know I want to book you for my event – what do I do next?
Contact us to make sure that we are available. Then you’ll need to sign a contract for the package you want and pay a non refundable booking fee of 50%. The balance is due in two equal payments.

How can I pay you?
We gladly accept cash and checks! Credit cards are accepted with an additional 5% fee.
